Hi to all of you Biewer lovers out there. My name is Amy, I'm the mother of 2 and own 3 gorgeous Biewer Yorkies. Of course, all of mine are registered with the BYA.
I'm a full time Mom, work part time, 2 days a week, for BYA and generally have 1 litter a year of Biewers.
We concentrate on quality over all else. Quality to our way of thinking means health, overall appearance, coat quality and true to breed standard.
All of our puppies to date have been sold altered. Not that I wouldn't sell one with breeding rights but it's just worked out so far that everybody wanted a pet.
We got our first Biewer from Class Act and imported our next 2, both females, the next year from Argentina.
Bethoven has his Championship title and the girls are pointed but it hasn't worked out for us to show them enough to finish their Championships.
I plan to either keep back a puppy this year from my own breeding or buy one. That was my plans last year too but it didn't work out. My husbands lay-off last year hit us hard and
that's when I started working part time for BYA. It's a great job and I consider all of them my extended family.
Sharon has asked all of us at the office to post and try to get others involved so we need all of you to participate and get this board up and going. (I also wanted my croissant that she is holding hostage that I couldn't have until I made a post - ROFL).
